I`d like to understand my customers and get feedback, and find out really whats important. The obvious being a good nights sleep and a clean room, but I want to know more.
The feedback I get from speaking to certain customers, is that value for money is certainly a main reason to why they return, but so are other important factors like our friendly atmosphere and good food.
Apart from our offerings of free WiFi and the ability to get DVD`s on the Hotel account, I would like to know what can we do to add value, or entice others guests to stay.
